Rankly Platform

The Rankly platform (app.tryrankly.com) is an Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) tool that helps businesses monitor and improve their visibility in AI-powered search engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and others. Features include brand monitoring, citation tracking, sentiment analysis, and competitive intelligence.

Query Fanouts Extension

The Query Fanouts Chrome Extension is a free supplementary tool that allows users to capture and analyze the search queries, citations, and product recommendations generated by ChatGPT during conversations. This extension is provided at no cost as a companion tool to the main Rankly platform.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

The Query Fanouts Extension captures data from third-party services (such as ChatGPT). We do not claim ownership of such third-party content, and you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the terms of those third-party services.

6. Payment Terms

Rankly Platform: Certain features of the Rankly platform may require a paid subscription. Payment terms, pricing, and billing cycles are specified during the subscription process.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
  • Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes

Query Fanouts Extension: The Chrome extension is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future with appropriate notice.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RANKLY INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
